Leaving a lasting gift to the TSA in your will…

We know that when you’re writing your will your greatest priority is seeing those you love and care about taken care of. If you could consider leaving a legacy donation to the TSA we’ll make sure we’re here to continue to support all those affected by TSC.

In certain circumstances, a gift to the TSA may actually reduce the Inheritance tax payable by the rest of your estate. Any donation, small or large, will be gratefully received and put to good use. However much you decide to give, you can rest assured that the TSA will not have to pay any Inheritance Tax on the bequest you make. You may also like to consider leaving assets to the TSA by setting up a Trust – again, similar tax advantages apply. You can also ring fence funds to be spent in a particular way, to fund research for example, so you have peace of mind that your gift will be used in the way you want it to.

Whatever you decide, your solicitor will be able to advise you on the best option for your circumstances, please contact Kathryn on 07922 838960 or Tanya on 07923 412234 or email fundraising@tuberous-sclerosis.org for more assistance.
